  Great location, really great staff and comfy, large room. The views from the top studio room are exceptional and the loft ceilings and angled walls make it quite unique. Fantastic pillows and excellent linen. Fridge was clean and all appliances worked well. I had to extend my stay and the manager was very accommodating.

  An awesome place for a late evening drink. Schnapps are great and the atmosphere is nice. Bit of a locals hangout. I had a blast!

  Great location. Clean rooms, but getting a little tired. My room didn't have a shower curtain and the bedside lamp didn't work. Tiny TV. No onsite parking. There's a little bar and restaurant. No common lounge.

  I visited in summer...the lodge is a winter lodge and so in hot weather, the hot water runs out by the evening as they don't run the heater during the day as it would heat the lodge up. Completely understandable, but worth knowing when you come down off the trails. Couple of glasses in the room and a few bits of crockery and cutlery for breakfast would have been perfect. The locals can give the bar a bit of a go in the evening and the sound carries up, but the manager is quick to settle them if you have a quiet word.
