  During the day the place is mostly empty from 9am until 3 pm.

  The kitchen is fantastic but suggest you bring your own frypan and knife.There are 5 areas to cook in , plenty of space for food storage and 3 sinks.

  Location is great close to amenities. Got a private room good room size. However parking was an absolute nightmare. 10pm weekday we had to drive to 5 to 6 different overnight car parks to find a park. Ended up walking 20 mins back to our room in - 3 degrees

  There is no parking on-site but lockers large enough for a suitcase near laundry(remember to pack a padlock).

  Very friendly staff and great value for money. The only issue was that there were only 2 toilets in the whole building, but great otherwise.

  Even outside of school holidays you can find 10 children running about with little supervision.

  Winter price around $100 /night for dormitory bed up to around $260 for a couples room with a bathroom. The bottom bunk is very comfortable but the top bunks are painful to climb up as have very thin rounded rungs on ladder.

  Heck yeah, this place is tight, banging with the boys. The fridges keep ur beers cold, best spot on the mountain. Just watch out for boardshorts, he sleeps early but comes out from the glass window

  The drying room is large and locked at night after 8pm. Hairdryer is available at reception.Reception open 7am until 10 am but closed until 4:30pm in winter which makes check ins very late.

  Clean and well run by Bianca and team. Has everything you need for summer and winter stays, have done both there. Parking is painful but that is Thredbo.
