  Meals are buffet style but you can order from the bar (the menu is pretty good and the pizza is excellent).

  You can't beat the location. It opens directly onto the Gunbarrel chairlift and Friday Flats. Good dry room for ski equipment.

  Parking is in the overnight car parks, a bit of a walk but there is an area at the entrance to unload luggage.

  Very good service but the food was terrible. not sure will come back as you expect some average standard but they definitely lack on good quality meals... and when you spend all the day in the slopes you crave food.

  We stayed here outside of peak season which meant that the restaurant wasn't open and neither was the bar. The rooms are small and basic, but when you're in Thredbo you don't really plan on spending much time in the rooms. There were hardly any other guests while we were there, which made it quite. The shower takes a while to heat up, but when it does it's amazing. Hot and strong. Tea and coffee is available in the rooms. You also get a powerful little heater that warms the room very quickly. Staff were friendly and gave us a good outline of what was open and running outside of peak season.

  Room not soundproof. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Common areas good. Breakfast good. Pity about cold plates and instant coffee! Filter coffee available but costs extra.

  Giving 3 stars because of the location. The food is an absolute disgrace and they charge a premium price. Spa was filthy, I was sitting in scum. Management please pick up your game, you have an amazing opportunity to male this establishment awesome.
